Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MH Events and any services we provide, including the design, production and supply of wedding stationery and related products.

1. Services

We offer bespoke and semi-custom stationery design, printing and finishing services across Australia. Availability and turnaround times may vary by season and technique.

2. Quotes & Orders

• Quotes are valid for a limited time as stated on the quote.
• Orders commence once details are confirmed and a deposit is received (if applicable).
• Any changes after approval may incur additional costs or affect timelines.

3. Proofing & Revisions

We provide digital proofs for review. You are responsible for checking all details (spelling, names, dates, quantities). The number of revisions included will be stated in your quote or proposal. Approval in writing is required before production.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are in AUD and exclusive of delivery unless stated otherwise. A deposit may be required to begin design. The balance is due prior to production or dispatch, as advised.

5. Production, Delivery & Risk

Production begins after final approval and payment as required. Delivery times are estimates only and may be impacted by third parties. Risk in goods passes on delivery to the address you provide.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, cancellations after design commencement may forfeit deposits and cancellations after production has begun are generally non-refundable. We will always act reasonably and in good faith.

7. Colours, Materials & Variations

Slight colour, texture and size variations may occur due to paper batches, screen differences and hand-finishing. These are normal characteristics of premium stationery and not considered defects.

8. Intellectual Property

All bespoke designs, artwork and layouts remain the intellectual property of MH Events unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce our designs without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Our liability is limited to resupply of services or refund of the amount paid for the affected items.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia.
