We highly recommend booking in with us well ahead of time to ensure we can meet your timelines and can accommodate your preferences.
If your required delivery date is not achievable, we will communicate this with you at the outset. If there are any delays on your end, we cannot guarantee delivery of your items by your required date.
- The timing for this stage varies and is dependent on how quickly you respond to us and the number of changes you may have.
- Once the deposit has been paid, we will request all of the required details from you via email within 5 business days. We must receive this information no later than 5 weeks prior to the date you require the items. We do have some items available with shorter lead times, please email us for details.
- Please allow up to 2 business days to receive your revised proofs after your feedback has been provided. It is essential that you are prompt in your responses back to us, to ensure we can meet your timelines.
- For all of our invitation suites please allow 5-6 weeks.
- For all other printed stationery please allow 4-5 weeks.
- If you require your items earlier than the specified timelines above, please contact us for further information as we can upgrade you to a rush Order and the fee for this option is dependent on your quantity and items.
- If there are any variations to these timelines, we will ensure to communicate these with you at the time of booking.
